Nutella & Lotus Biscoff Donuts
However there is no baking required…
These donuts may or may not change your life!!! They are no easy, and there is no baking required. The secret ingredients?
Brioche slider buns!!! They make for the perfect donut as they are crunchy on the outside and then fluffy on the inside!
You could stuff these with whatever you like, however I have done biscoff, nutella & jam. They are all super yummy.
These are the perfect snack/dessert to serve if you have someone coming over on short notice, or if you are craving a donut you could quickly make a batch!

Serves: 12 donuts
Ingredients:
Brioche Slider Buns (I preferred the ones from Woolworths)
1/2 cup caster sugar
25g butter, melted
Filling of choice - Nutella, Biscoff, jam or cream!
Method:
Preheat oven to 180c
Meanwhile, microwave your Nutella / Biscoff for 15 seconds and then transfer into a zip lock bag to pipe
Once the donuts are warmed, brush the top with melted butter and dip into a bowl of caster sugar
Using a sharp knife, cut a hole in the middle and push down with the knife to hollow out
Cut the edge of the ziplock bag and pipe your filling inside
