French Toast
This French Toast goes perfectly with Biscoff or Nutella and I’m not sure which is better!
Sometimes for breakfast (or dessert!) you just have a craving for something sweet and this will hit the spot.
You can totally make this recipe your own and top it with whatever you like! You can use normal bread, however the Brioche bread honestly makes it! It is so fluffy and sweet, perfect for french toast.
I love to serve my french toast with lots of fresh berries to help balance the sweetness, and if you’re feeling cheeky then you can also serve with some vanilla ice cream or Marscarpone!

Serves: 4
Ingredients:
6 thick slices Brioche bread (or normal bread)
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 TSP caster sugar
Butter for frying
2 TBS cinnamon sugar
Serving ideas:
Nutella & berries
Berries and icing sugar
Biscoff, mascarpone
Method:
Heat a fry pan over a medium heat and melt the butter
Whisk together the milk, eggs and caster sugar until combined
Dip the bread on both sides into the mixture and then let it drain
Fry for a few minutes on each side until golden
Serve how you like it using my suggestions above & enjoy!
