Asian Style Steak & Slaw
The perfect summer meal!
This recipe is a really light and fresh meal to make on a hot summers night when you are craving something fresh!
The steak is marinated in beautiful Asian flavours such as sweet soy, lime and garlic and then it is cooked to perfection!
The slaw is one of my all time favourite salads, so crunchy and packed full of fresh flavours - you are going to love it!
With this recipe, I highly recommend using a good quality rump steak as it makes all the difference.
Also, due to the marinade if you can cook this on a BBQ it will make life a lot easier, as the marinade can get really sticky on the pan and cleaning up process becomes a bit of a nightmare.
Enjoy!
