Buffalo Wings & Blue Cheese Sauce
There is something seriously addictive about buffalo wings, I just can’t stop eating them!
Serving with a side of celery is a must, because they are soo spicy and tangy that you need that fresh celery crunch to cut through it!
Blue cheese sauce also is a must, as it’s nice and creamy and takes away from the spice! If you don’t like blue cheese, the flavour isn’t too strong so don’t worry but if you are completely against it, then you could replace with ranch dressing.
This recipe is super easy, you just need the Franks Buffalo sauce which is available at Australian grocery stores! The wings bake until they’re nice and crispy and then you hit it with some melted butter and hot sauce - yum!
These are a yummy appetiser if you are having friends over, you could serve with my loaded hotdogs or ribs!
Hope you get addicted to these like I do! If you do, let me know below!
