Veal Schnitzel
Does anyone else prefer veal schnitzel over chicken?! Controversial topic…
Veal schnitzel is one of my go-to dinners, it' is so easy and goes perfectly with a side salad and potatoes!
A heaped serving of parmesan on top and a squeeze of lemon is a must - it takes it to the next level!

Cooking Time: 15 mins
Serves: 2-4
Ingredients:
400g veal schniztel
1 cup panko bread crumbs
1/2 cup plain flour
2 eggs, whisked
Vegetable oil to fry
Parmesan and lemon to serve
Method:
Heat a frying pan over a high heat and add the oil
Place the flour, bread crumbs and eggs into 3 seperate bowls
Place the veal in the flour, then the egg and then the bread crumbs
Place into the oil and cook for a few minutes each side until golden. Keep an eye on it to ensure it’s not burning, and adjust the heat accordingly.
Serve topped with finely shaved parmesan and a squeeze of lemon & enjoy!
