Peri Peri Wings

These wings are so spicy and delicious, that you cannot stop eating them!

This is a great chicken wing recipe, where you bake them until super crispy and then hit them with the sauce - it is that easy!

For this recipe, I used Nandos Garlic Peri Peri sauce that can be purchased from Woolworths or Coles, but you could use any Chilli sauce!

They are soo good and would be great served with a side salad or some veges!

Prep Time: 5 min

Cooking Time: 45 min

Serves: 4 or 2 as a main


Ingredients:

  • 1 x pack of Wing nibbles or wings cut in half

  • Good drizzle of Olive oil 

  • Flaky sea salt

  • Nandos Garlic Peri peri sauce

 

Method: 

Preheat oven to 200c 

Toss the wings in olive oil, no measurements here just enough to coat them!

Place on a lined baking tray

Generously cover in sea salt flakes, again no measurements, I just like to ensure the skin is evenly salted as this will help it go nice and crunchy!

Bake for 45 mins 

Place wings in a bowl and cover in the Nandos Garlic Peri Peri sauce 

Serve and enjoy!
