Kafta Sausage Rolls
A very welcome twist on the humble sausage roll!
I came up with this recipe completely by accident, as I had some lamb mince and puff pastry so I ended up with Kafta sausage rolls and they are sooo delicious!
You can serve these with your usual tomato & BBQ sauce, however my mint greek yoghurt is the perfect companion for these kafta sausage rolls!
If you don’t like lamb mince, feel free to replace with beef mince. The Lebanese seven spice can be purchased from a spice store or Lebanese grocer. However if you cannot find it then you can make your own -1 tablespoon Allspice, ground coriander, cinnamon and 1 ½ teaspoons black pepper, ground cloves, ground cumin and ground nutmeg.
